Legal

Privacy Policy

This policy describes the current website implementation. It is not a claim of legal compliance and should be reviewed by qualified counsel. Last updated July 23, 2026.

Information you submit

Contact and newsletter forms collect the information you enter. The newsletter requires explicit consent. The Software Fit Assessment and Workflow Friction Score show basic results without requiring an email address.

Analytics and campaign context

Google Analytics loads only when a measurement ID is configured. The site may store limited campaign parameters and the landing page in session storage to understand aggregate acquisition and commercial-link attribution. The current implementation does not intentionally send assessment answers, exact scores, message content, or sensitive business data to analytics.

How form data is stored

Form submissions are sent to a configured Airtable account or secure webhook. When neither is configured in development, the server logs the record. Production should not rely on development logging. Hosting and integration providers may process data under their own terms.

Newsletter consent

Newsletter subscribers opt in through a dedicated checkbox. Public signups are not combined with historical cold outreach lists. Every newsletter should provide an unsubscribe method.

Security and retention

Growmaz uses input validation, length limits, honeypot fields, and basic rate limiting for public forms. No internet system is perfectly secure. Retention rules should be configured in the connected storage system.

Your requests

Contact hello@growmaz.com to request access, correction, or deletion, subject to applicable obligations. Newsletter recipients may also use the unsubscribe link.

Changes

This policy should be updated when analytics, forms, storage, advertising, cookies, affiliate programs, or third-party services change. Questions can be sent through the contact page.
